0.1 mm target manufacturing tolerance supported by digital production and dimensional quality checks. The objective is accurate component alignment and fewer avoidable adjustments during installation.
25-day target production cycle for confirmed, production-ready scopes. Final timing is documented against approved drawings, materials, quantities and the agreed factory departure schedule.
ENF-grade material options can be specified where required, with formaldehyde emission at or below 0.025 mg/m³. Project-specific certificates and test reports are confirmed before they are used as compliance evidence.
50+ specialized manufacturing partners are coordinated through one MARFA project team, allowing the production route to match the cabinetry, furniture, finish and volume requirements of each package.
A senior project contact coordinates CAD and 3D information, approvals, production milestones and installation queries, with an initial scope review target of 48 hours.

Capabilities · Controlled from brief to packing
Send drawings, a BOQ or a concept package. Each stage creates a reviewable output before the project moves forward.
We clarify quantities, dimensions, materials, hardware, interfaces and destination requirements before pricing.
Construction details and physical finish references are prepared for approval. Unknown tolerances stay visible until resolved.
Critical junctions, finish combinations or representative units can be reviewed before the wider production release.
Materials, machining, assembly and finishing proceed against the approved drawings, samples and item schedule.
Dimensions, assembly, finish, hardware function, labelling and packing are checked against the approved project documents.
Item labels, packing marks, container sequence and destination documentation are coordinated for the agreed shipping plan.
Manufacturing & QC · Compliance evidence
Specialist production, dimensional and finish checks, export packing and relevant supporting documents are coordinated through one project record.
Our production review connects operators, workstations, cabinetry and the wider factory environment, so quality decisions stay tied to the approved drawings and samples.
Material confirmation, dimensions, assembly, finish, hardware function and packing checks can be documented against the approved specification.
Labels, room references, packing marks and loading sequence are aligned to the agreed project and destination requirements.

Our role is to keep drawings, finishes, production decisions and destination requirements connected—so international buyers have one accountable project view.
Procurement FAQ · Before quotation
Clear inputs and approval routes reduce assumptions before drawings, samples and production are scheduled.
Share available drawings or a BOQ, the product scope and quantities, preferred finishes, delivery destination and target timing. Concept images are useful when formal drawings are not yet available.
Minimum quantities depend on the product, material, finish and production route. We confirm a practical minimum after reviewing the complete scope rather than applying one number to every project.
Shop drawings, finish samples and relevant hardware details are submitted for review. Production starts only after the required approvals are recorded against the project package.
Timing is confirmed after drawings, materials, quantities and sample approvals are complete. Production-ready scopes can target a 25-day factory cycle, with the agreed schedule documented before production.
Checks can cover dimensions, materials, assembly, finishes, hardware, photography, packing and release records according to the agreed inspection plan.
Packing protection, labels and shipping marks are defined for the destination and product type. Installation responsibilities and available guidance are confirmed in the quotation and project documents.

For designers and developers with reference images, floor plans or early specifications that still require detailing.
For contractors and procurement teams with drawings, quantities, finish schedules or a BOQ ready for review.
For importers and distributors starting from established cabinet types that need new sizes, finishes or hardware.
